Severus got up. He needed to go. Away from this warm bed. Away from his occasional lover. He had to end it. Without regard to their passionate love-making. Without regard to the rare feeling that he was alive. Everything had to be like before. For their own goods.
Severus picked his wand up and pointed at Remus´ mussed up hair peeking from the cover.
The brown eyes opened; the man immediately understood what Severus was going to do. He saw it in his eyes.
“Obli-.”
“Love you...” the werewolf whispered.
“-viate.”
Their affair was over. Life wasn´t fair during the war, even with love within his grasp.
