I was so scared when Zero attacked me and drank my blood for the first time. I was afraid for my life, I thought I could die. But I didn’t.

Then when I saw his eyes had changed colour I realized my fear changed, too.

Zero was so close to me for four years and I didn’t know anything about his pain, his doubts, his fate... I just didn’t.

So now that I finally know I won’t betray him. I can’t.

He lifts his eyes guiltily, I give him an encouraging smile. He needs to know that I am here. For him...
